Xiá Miàn Yǒu Chūn" is more than a New Year's gift; it's an emotional carrier connecting local memories with modern life. We translated these rustic stories and genuine warmth into a minimalist yet powerful visual language, bringing the gentle taste of culture to every bite.

RECIPE / 休日療癒配方

香煎辣烤雞蒜味麵

辣醬 Hot sauce …… 3 湯匙
大蒜 Garlic …… 適量
雞柳條 Chicken fillet …… 200
醬油 Soy sauce …… 2 湯匙
半生麵 Noodles …… 1
羅勒 / 橄欖油 / 鹽 / 糖 / 黑胡椒 …… 適量

「將麵條加入橄欖油、蒜末拌勻靜置。起中火油鍋,將醃製好的雞柳煎至上色。水滾後加入麵條快煮 2 分鐘,最後將雞肉疊至麵條上,淋上剩餘湯汁,即是一碗溫潤而充滿張力的休日美味。」
