Green Bento is more than an experiment in taste; it is a commitment to sustainable living. We select seasonal plant-based ingredients, casting aside complex seasonings to encapsulate the essence of nature within a minimalist bento box. Through the translation of design, plant-based dining becomes an elegant posture of balance.

綠盒的靈魂在於「旬」。我們堅持與在地農場合作，確保食材在最豐饒的時刻被採收。不加多餘矯飾，僅以輕微的烹調封存原色與營養，讓餐盒裡的每一抹綠，都充滿了生命的厚度。
The soul of the Green Bento lies in the “season.” We insist on collaborating with local farms to ensure ingredients are harvested at their peak. With minimal cooking to preserve original colors and nutrients, every shade of green in the box is brimming with the thickness of life.

We continuously explore the possibilities of plant-based cuisine. From protein-rich legumes and vibrant root vegetables to exotic infusions. Each Green Bento is a convergence of design and culinary art, aiming to break the singular stereotype of vegetarianism and expand the colorful map of the dining table.

Through the translation of ㄇ, typography, and words, we carefully preserve this gift from the earth within textured paper and a thoughtfully crafted box.
